As a small business owner, I'm always changing out trucks so we always come prepared with our own financing. We always do an option contract. I know every dealer likes to try matching the rate so that they can provide financing. This time that was not possible and the finance guy pretty much called my wife a liar when she told him what our rate was going to be through our credit union. He went as far as printing out their rates online and said there was no way they would give me that rate. My wife showed him the pre-approval email from my credit union and his attitude got even xxxxter. I came down there with a down payment of $25,000 and pretty much felt disrespected. At the end of the day, it is what it is. You should never judge a book by its cover. More
Took them 3 hours to complete a cabin air filter change and tire rotation. On top of that my calls were ignored until voice-mail or transferred into nothing at minimum 8 times. I'd give 5 stars but our initial communication with the dealership was not great. We filled out an online request for a car (that's what the website said to do) and never heard back. After going to the dea dealership was not great. We filled out an online request for a car (that's what the website said to do) and never heard back. After going to the dealership, the sales person said "we never check email". In any case, we were able to order our car although we did continue to have to reach out for updates instead of getting updates from the dealer. All told, upon delivery of our new car we worked with Amir Siry who was fantastic, reliable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I still have to take the car into the dealership to fix a tinting issue. Hoping service is smooth sailing. More
