Took truck in for warranty break issue and was informed it was fixed. Upon leaving and entering the highway the issue reappeared so I took it back. This caused me time out of my day from work and personal it was fixed. Upon leaving and entering the highway the issue reappeared so I took it back. Never got an apology and it seems like this is typical with the service department at this particular location. I will not be doing any business there in the future unless another warranty issue appears. More
I have purchased two Chevy Silverado trucks dating back to 2018 at this dealership. My vehicles have only been serviced at this location. I brought my own oil for the oil change. And it wasn’t used. This is not the first time this has happened. I don’t know what oil was put in my car. I had to be canceled because they said I need to leave my car there for two days but I was never this on the phone. I hope my air bags don’t deploy before I can get it somewhere else. More
Do not trust them to explain everything to you about your vehicle. They are so salesy and will push you to make a decision. I bought a brand new car on April 30, and it had 195 miles and ESC service, lane management, and steering assist came on. I immediately called the dealership and scheduled an appointment. I dropped it off on Monday May 15 and had to pay the difference at enterprise for the loaner vehicle. They gave me a Chevy spark, which I couldn’t even fit either of my children in.
