I took my 2014 Impala there for an oil change on April 27, 2023. They called me and told me that my car needed to replace the cabin air filter. I asked why he said it was very dirty. I told him that my last service was in November 2022 and they changed the cabin air filter then. I declined the service of course and he said he also sent over pictures. When I picked up my car, I asked him if he knew the recommended milage to change the Cabin air filter and he said no. I told him it is recommended to change the filter every 15,000 miles. I then asked him if he knew the difference of my car's mileage from November till now, he said no. I drove the car 1,500 miles in the FIVE months in-between. This guy Rafael, then insinuated that it was my fault by saying "you must of been driving in the desert" xxx! I took my keys and left never ever to return. My car is a 2014 Chevy Impala with only 28,000 miles on it total. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! More

In fact, they were done in little over an hour. If you have to wait, the San Diego River is a few blocks north and there is a nice walkway along it, although it is way above the river. More

I told the sales person that my 2018 Camaro sputters in the morning when I put it on drive ever since I bought it. He said to change all my fluids at the cost of $500. Just a sales pitch.
