I purchased a brand new vehicle from Courtesy, and was advised at the time of purchase that the missing chip would be installed within three week. That was untrue. I purchased accessories online and was advised at the time of purchase that the missing chip would be installed within three week. That was untrue. I purchased accessories online and was provided tracking by Chevrolet that they were delivered but was told by Courtesy that they were lost. That was untrue. Purchased a tonneau cover for my new vehicle at the dealership and when they lost that made me prove I had made and paid for the purchase! That was pretty demeaning! When they finally scheduled my installation, they installed the wrong tonneau cover! That was crazy! Then they drilled through the bed of my truck and installed the drain tubes incorrectly....... Still don't have my chip installed, a lot of functionality still not online, and not even an apology for anything that transpired. If I could give no stars, I would. WOW is all I can say. Sell you a vehicle and then...................silence. More
