Kris went so far above and beyond to help me with my bolt purchase. I get nervous before these things and ask a bunch of questions and he didn't care and answered all my texts and calls(probably 100+ lol). H purchase. For real if you end up working with Kris(or Courtesy Chevrolet in general as they don't have the markups other dealers do which is HUGE) you will get a great deal especially in this market. More

Went for oil change. When checking out the service rep advised me that I need the 60,000 mike check. I replied that I do not have the money , received the bill and commen When checking out the service rep advised me that I need the 60,000 mike check. I replied that I do not have the money , received the bill and comments on the invoice was the customer declined the 60,000 mile check. Later the service rep emailed me and asked about the 60,000 mile check, I replied that I couldn’t afford it at this time. Same day I drove to Orange County and my check engine light came on. When I returned home I advised the service rep the check engine light is on after getting on oil change and if I could get this looked at for free. His reply was, the customer declined the 60,000 mile check. No, I’m sorry let me see what we can do or a simple, no can’t look for free. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement and I not sure if I will take my car back for servicing or purchase another vehicle . More
Courtesy Chevrolet has hands down been the best dealership I have dealt with EVER. Zach in the service department is second to none. You’d think he’s the owner by the way he handles things.
