I felt like I was just another number, the way I was treated immediately after the sale, felt like they were more interested in making the sale and didn't care about the customer. You can thank the evening manager for this rating. I had driven myself to the dealership and had asked for someone to help drive one of the vehicles back to my home. The financial guy who wrote up my contract even told me that I should ask for help and that the dealership would be able to provide me with assistance. It never happened. Apparently, the manager didn't have the guts to confront me about my request so he sent the salesman to explain why I was not going to get help. And this was at 7 or so in the evening, after I had been at the dealership for the most part from 10 am in the morning. If you want more from this story, just to sum it up I drove the two cars home, but not before I took the first one back to Golden Hill then I hopped on three different bus lines to get back to the dealership, and this is going without a meal since breakfast and I am a senior citizen over sixty years old. I finally got home after parking the second car close to 11 PM. You can guarantee that I will provide a less than stellar review for your business. If I could give O stars, I would. More
