"Dealer is good but the Parts Dept is not so good"
I'm very satisfied with my purchased of the vehicle. However, I had gone into the gmc.com website and looked at the mats for my vehicle. According to the website, I would request a quote and someone from the dealership would contact me. Well, I did this over last weekend (Sat or Sun) but as of today, I have not heard from the dealership about the mats that I've inquired.

Had a 9am appointment to fix the recall on my truck. Was told originally that it would take 2 hours. Actual appointment was barely over an hour, so I was pleased to receive the finished notification early.
