We never feel like they take advantage of us by recommending anything that is not necessary -- just work that needs to be done, at a fair price. We also bring our Chevy Malibu to Courtesy for service. (both cars were purchased new at Courtesy) More

Unexpected service work Dropped our Tahoe off for routine service and inspections showed it needed some major work that explains why it was driving the way it was. As always, no one likes to get those expensive unexpected repairs. Tim Jackson got the work done for a great price, far less than what we expected based on getting the same work done on our other vehicles. He stays in touch and is very responsive. Courtesy shuttle picked me up from my home within 10 min of my calling them. My Tahoe was clean and shining, drove like it was bran new again. Tim goes out of his way to make the experience a good one More
