Above and beyond I have had my truck for 11 months. Have brought it in a few times for service and minor stuff. I have the Karr Guard Protection package. Not many do there I have found out (after asking about this a few times) Scott went above and beyond asking several employees at Courtesy Chevrolet until he got answers. Scott gave me the documentation (that I did not receive at signing of my purchase?) and now I know the steps that I need to take and who to contact to get the repair done (3rd party) Thanks Scott for not brushing me off as the others have.
