We went to Courtesy Motor Sales Dodge in Altoona looking for an SUV that met a difficult set of requirements. They were so very patient with us and the sales woman, Lisa Thompson spent a significant amount of time trying to match us with the right vehicle. Mike Barnett, the manager, looked over our SUV and added suggestions on both how we could modify vehicles and vehicle models that had the potential for our needs. Then we went to the parts department and Alan Fridhof helped us there. Boy, no better service than all of this! I was able to get a new car at another Altoona location with a GREAT deal and a payment that satisfied me. I will never go back to Courtesy and will advise anyone I talk to also never go there.
