My car is still not paid off due to insufficient funds Traded in my 2017 Honda Accord in April 2018 for a new truck! Santander called me and said Heggs check was returned due to insufficient funds and even Traded in my 2017 Honda Accord in April 2018 for a new truck! Santander called me and said Heggs check was returned due to insufficient funds and even sent me proof of that! I call Heggs and they tell me the check has been cashed and refuses to help me any further! I call and ask to speak to Mr. Heggs and they just put different people on the phone and refuse to let me speak to the owner! All I want is my car paid off as it should have been paid off a month ago! Now I have late payments on my credit and Heggs could care less!! Bear is the financial guy that tokk my trade in! Levi is the sales manager that talked me into this bs! I suggest no one trade in their vehicles here! And when I asked why they had insufficient funds and couldn’t pay off my car their response to me was ‘we got your funds’ but they don’t have the funds to pay off my car?! Breach of contract and damages! Ive sent the general manager Randy Pierson multiple emails asking to speak with the owner about this matter and he called me and said he will mr Heggs call me the next morning and still no word from nobody !!! 3 days in the shop My tire pressure sensor went out and $122 to replace.. it was $58 in Albuquerque. I drove less than 40 miles and my tire pressure sensor that was repl My tire pressure sensor went out and $122 to replace.. it was $58 in Albuquerque. I drove less than 40 miles and my tire pressure sensor that was replaced went out, again. They wanted to change my brake fluid when it had 2% water but recommended change at 3%. Then recommended alignment when I've experienced absolutely no pulling of the steering wheel and no visible tire wear. On top of all that, they charged almost $25 for seat covers and floor mat protectors. They called 2 times near 6pm and asked, "Did I tell you we have to keep your vehicle for another day?" Poor communication and trying to sell services that were unnecessary. I will not be back and urge people to shop around before patronizing this location. More
