- JULIE.BULLINGEREverything was done well as far as my service goes, but I was disappointed by a couple things when I picked up my car. Every seat was moved around and adjusted, with no attempt to move them back. Also, I left my car there for a few hours and when I picked it up, it had not been washed. Every time I have taken my car to be serviced before, I get it back washed. Considering I left it there for a few hours, I expected a car wash like every time before. I don’t know if it was just an off day but I was disappointed when I’m used to picking up the car washed and at least some attempt to move seats back. The woman who checked in my car and who took my payment also seemed very annoyed with everything and seemed to not care, very off putting when I’ve been used to excellent communication and positive attitudes from Henry and Min in the past.
