I had a very irritating experience when trying to call about the recalls on my Nissan Rogue on Saturday. The lady I spoke to was rude and acting bothered by my call. She gave me no helpful information and about the recalls on my Nissan Rogue on Saturday. The lady I spoke to was rude and acting bothered by my call. She gave me no helpful information and told me "We don't know when we will have the parts!" Well I called back this morning and got a more helpful person to answer my questions and found out the other lady even gave me wrong iinformation.Something should be done about that. More

They get right to the point and don't waste your time, which is exactly what I was looking for after wasting so much time talking to other sales guys that are only interested in selling the highest financing and not the car.
