A few minutes later, woo there it goes my credit was pulled and I even know the price of the vehicle. I just wanted an estimate so that I can get my own finance company to approve it. No, Mr. Kevin Buenaventura lied and told me that the information was only to give me a price. A few minutes, there it goes they come back and tell me that they pulled my credit. Don't go there they love to hide the price of the car so that they can charge you and arm and a leg after is too late. You sign the docs, leave the store and then you re screwed! Crooks, liars, liars. More

Untrustworthy & no accountability I came in for a simple oil change at Courtesy Nissan Of Tampa, the person who serviced my car cracked the oil pan, causing it to leak. This repair cos I came in for a simple oil change at Courtesy Nissan Of Tampa, the person who serviced my car cracked the oil pan, causing it to leak. This repair cost me over $500. After contacting the General Manager (Brendan O'Brien), he put little to no effort in resolving this. After giving me the go-around and making himself unavailable for over a week, he concluded and said he did not "feel" he was obligated to resolve or address this. Due to this experience I would not recommend anyone to this dealership. More
