complaint I am happy with the vehicle but not with the way I have been done since I bought the unit. I have tried to call everyday since to make sure the email was received and have not been able to get ahold of anyone but Juan (my sales person). I spoke to him on Tuesday and told him what was going on and he said he would call me back. Well it is Thursday and I have not heard from him or anyone else as of yet. I have an appointment on Friday concerning a vibration on the front and there are 2 chipped spots by where the tag goes. More

Guess it is just because they are not computer-literate... My experience was very pleasant and there were no pushy sales reps (the vulture's were out there stalking though). My wife and I had the extinct pleasure of meeting and working with Kristal Nieves. I would recommend her to anyone! She did not have all the answers, but she knew where to go to get them and was very fast! She brought in Jeremy (Sales Manager), who was so easy to talk with and he was straight to the point and I really appreciated that. I was so impressed with both of them, I actually bought the truck that night, something I have never done in my past with vehicles. I felt very comfortable and at ease to make any decision "I" wanted to make. I felt so comfortable with Kristal, that I am only dealing directly with her for some after purchase things that were discussed during my purchase. I will tell anyone out there, I am hard person to impress and both of these reps shined for Courtesy Nissan. I will hold no reservations to ever purchase from them again. I did enjoy the time with Raymond (finance) as well. He was easy to chat with and gave us some really good information on warranties and recommendations. The best thing about all three of these people is that they made you feel like family you had not seen for some time and we picked up right where we left off.
