Not the best experience I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and maintenance. The truck is new and has less than 3500 miles on it. Typically the dealership runs the truck through the car wash. It is a nice filip: not this time. I asked about the fact the truck was still dirty and was told that yes it had been through the car wash. I mentioned it again pointing out that the truck bed was bone dry and was dismissively told that if the truck was really dirty the car wash would not necessarily clean it. I dislike being lied to to my face. Typically the customer service standards are exceptional: not this time. I bought the truck from you guys. Please do better. Eric More

They completed the work I requested and also did a 4 point inspection, when it was complete the same day I received an alert with a menu of services that they recommended, while I did not choose them all when I arrived at the dealership later the same day as they promised the precise work had been completed at the exact price quoted. Fast and friendly. I was greeted promptly at 9 by my service rep Paul for an oil change.
