Customer service is great. Appointment times are kept. Robert was courteous and his estimated time for completion of service was right on. Had a 10am appointment to evaluate the main window switch in the driver door. The window would go down but was erratic and slow coming up. I turned my vehicle over to Scott and went to the waiting area. Afte in the driver door. The window would go down but was erratic and slow coming up. I turned my vehicle over to Scott and went to the waiting area. After a short while, I got a text stating that a number of services were recommended. I find this tactic to be very irritating. Not a word about the window switch but you found many other things to sell. I told Scott that all I wanted was to get the window fixed. I also told him that I did not want to wait and I would sign up for the shuttle. Big mistake. I'm not going into detail about the driver or the other people waiting for a ride. Just this. A dealership of your size needs at least two shuttles, two drivers and a back up driver. Scott called to tell me that the switch had to be replaced and it had to be ordered because it wasn't in stock. The next morning I was notified that the part was there. I called Scott. He had received the same info. I wanted to come in to get the job done but Scott said that the tech was off that day. I asked about the next day schedule (Thursday). Scott said the tech was off that day also. I asked if there was another tech that could replace a window switch. Scott said that the techs didn't like to finish a job that someone else started. Is this what you call customer service? Hello general manager, hello service manager. I came in Friday and the job got done. I am not blaming Scott or the tech. They are just part of a system that does not function well. More
