I couldn’t be there I was out of town and my wife had to bring our Volvo in for service Judd our service tech treated her with the upmost respect and I couldn’t be there I was out of town and my wife had to bring our Volvo in for service Judd our service tech treated her with the upmost respect and walked her thru the entire service process we had two bad tires on the front of our car looking at them from the outside they still looked brand new but on the inside of the tire was worn badly and bubbling Judd brought my wife out to the service area and showed her the damage instead of just saying to her you have bad tires we replaced them I liked that Volvo and Judd in particular were very professional and I would recommend their services to anyone already have as a matter of fact my name is James Jackson a Volvo owner and a courtesy Volvo service customer for life More
