Could not be happier. Beautiful modern dealership conveniently located right off the 101 Loop. Efficient scheduling and superb facilitation from Brian Lawrence, who answered all my questions fully and patiently, explained all aspects of the work when finished and made certain the car was cleaned impeccably at checkout. I am a California “transplant” and purchased my XC-60 from a dealer there with a long personal connection, but Mr. Lawrence treated me as if I purchased my Volvo from Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale and as if I was a long-time valued customer of that dealership. This dealership is the best, and especially for women because the other dealership treats women in a truly inconsiderate manner. More

My third service visit Armand the service manager and the mechanic he worked with finally were able to figure out my brake squeak and the engine noise. Great service Had gone to Gilbert Volvo for a problem with my car, and not only did they not fix it, they made it worse. Scottsdale Volvo recognized the problem and Had gone to Gilbert Volvo for a problem with my car, and not only did they not fix it, they made it worse. Also got an extended warranty through Scottsdale Volvo after comparing plans and prices. so much better service and fair pricing at Scottsdale Volvo. Would highly recommend! More

Courtesy Volvo Service department is top notch. I took my Volvo S60 T5 for an oil change and a maintenance check up. Everyone in the service department is very helpful and extremely courteous. Nice to be greeted with a smile and to deal with people who don't waste our time. The service area is well maintained and the staff and mechanics know and love their Volvos! I recommend Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale Service department very highly, and I would even take my other vehicle to these guys!!! More
