Excellent Response to Service Issue My 2002 XC70 developed a serious engine issue unexpectedly, resulting in my having to have my beloved Volvo towed to Courtesy Volvo. Brian Lawrence l My 2002 XC70 developed a serious engine issue unexpectedly, resulting in my having to have my beloved Volvo towed to Courtesy Volvo. Brian Lawrence let me know how slammed the service center was, due to the long weekend. I appreciated his candor since it helped me figure out my options. The service manager, Armand, let me know the situation but both Armand and Brian reassured me that they would do everything they could to at least get a diagnosis as to why the engine was running so poorly. My mechanic, Vince, Sr., took the time between tasks to do a diagnostic test and the issue was quickly and accurately determined. Don’t ask me how these great professionals worked it but the repairs were made on my Volvo between other scheduled appointments. This dedication to caring for my much beloved Volvo is just one more example of how Armand, Brian, and Vince work together as a team to deliver customer service at a level surpassed by no other dealership I have known and used. They understand how much I appreciate my vehicle and they do whatever they can to insure it continues to run at peak efficiency. All the staff at Courtesy reflect the professionalism and caring that the name of this dealership implies. More

Excellent Customer Service I brought my Volvo in for it's 30,000 mile service. The customer service was impeccable. I mistakenly made the appointment at one of the other Volvo I brought my Volvo in for it's 30,000 mile service. The customer service was impeccable. I mistakenly made the appointment at one of the other Volvo dealerships. They managed to get me in for service. Jud my service rep noticed the car did not quick start as it should and had the battery tested. Sure enough it probably would not have last much longer and I probably would have gotten stuck somewhere with a dead battery. He had it replaced under the warranty. My car was also delivered as promised. Armand the service manger came out and introduced himself and let me know if I ever have any questions or concerns he is also available.I will be returning and when it's time for my next Volvo I will be shopping at Courtesy Volvo. More

Professional Excellence To the entire team that worked with me when I purchased my used vehicle I thank you . The vehicle I purchased , I purchased it as is . I did not have the funds to put extended warranty on it . 2 months after I purchased it , I started to having problems with it over heating , I was truly upset because the most important thing to me was having a dependable vehicle . I emailed the service mgr , Armand and expressed my feelings about the issue . He contacted me back right away and discussed the issue with me . Although I purchased it as is , he said I purchased it from them that they would take a look at it and see what they could do . Bottom line : They treated me with respect , showed human compassion, and went up and beyond to take care if the problem , I will be forever grateful to them all, Armand a special thank you for going out of your way to ensure my vehicle was fixed .
