The entire transaction with Ed Himes and Jeremy Sarnataro was an easy, no pressure experience. We were introduced to the service manager Armand Slason and our service advisor Jud White who were both incredibly knowledgable and had several years in the industry. Bucky Bethancourt in parts helped me order the Volvo booster seat that fit my daughters weight and it arrived the very next day! Jud has been available to answer questions I have had from time to time with my vehicle. When I ended up with a cracked windshield within the first few months of ownership, Jud and Armand arranged a windshield replacement for me and even set me up with a courtesy vehicle because my windshield had to be ordered and it was a weekend (cracks spread quickly in the AZ heat and as a realtor I practically live in my vehicle!). They took care of everything and were great about communication throughout. Before I knew it, it was time for my first oil change (10,000mi for Volvo's). I brought my vehicle in, received the warm welcome the service department always has and they had me in and out in no time at all! Fast forward to yesterday... I was driving on the freeway when a truck lost a bucket of paint, which splattered the entire side of my car. My first thought was "I have to call Jud to see what I should do!" He said to bring it in and they would take a look. Next thing I knew, my car was back to sparkling new and Ed had even filled my gas tank up! I cannot thank the Courtesy Volvo service department enough for all that they do (and maybe for saving me from a panic attack yesterday). From sales to service, you are not just a commission check at this dealership. They truly care about forging relationships and keeping people Volvo owners for life! I won't ever purchase a vehicle anywhere else and wouldn't think twice about bringing my vehicle elsewhere for service! I could not be anymore happy with my experience or my vehicle choice! More

Service Representative Judson White We drive farther to have Judson be our service tech. The Volvo dealership nearest to us shut down and we tried the next nearest dealership in Gilbert. No one there treated us the way Jud used to at the Tempe dealership. We finally tracked Jud to the Scottsdale Volvo dealership and we drive twice as far to have him service our Volvo. The process to diagnose my stereo problem was a lot more than they had anticipated, and the service manager, Armand, facilitated me talking with the mechanic, Vince, to ask specific questions to help diagnose the problem. We called with an issue with the brakes on our 2002 XC70 and had an appointment within 24 hrs. They quickly diagnosed the problem and our service advisor, Brian, sat down with us and fully explained the work that needed to be done. They ordered and installed the parts and delivered our vehicle the next day. Brian quoted us the price before the mechanics started the repairs and then charged us the same price when finished. Just great, accomodating service. We are very pleased with the courteous and professional service and will continue to have our car serviced at Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale. More

Jud White has been my service adviser for my last two cars, and I followed him from another dealership in town to Courtesy. Yes, he us just that good, He is literally a godsend....I do not lie. Volvo as a whole is a great car and buying one means that you will never have to worry about your car breaking down and being stranded. This dealership is so pretty, you could actually eat off the floors in the service center if you needed to they are so clean. Armand runs a tight and tidy ship. Great experience I tried to take my car to Volvo of Gilbert. They wouldn’t take the car in and told me I had to go to a different shop. I went to the different shop and they couldn’t fix the problem. I then stopped by Courtesy Volvo in Scottsdale unannounced. They provided great service to me and were able to work me right in. On a Friday afternoon, I’m sure that’s the last thing they wanted to deal with, but Brian Lawrence and the team there were fantastic to deal with. More
