It was an absolute pleasure to work with JD during our negotiations of purchasing our Cadillac. Everything was straight forward and he was up front and open to every question and concerns we had. Very unprofessional. Manager came with low ball trade deal and raised MSRP 10K over after I arrived. Website showed truck to be listed at 59K but the mgr. raised it to 69 Manager came with low ball trade deal and raised MSRP 10K over after I arrived. Website showed truck to be listed at 59K but the mgr. raised it to 69K. He said I should of called for the price. After I left they called me and said they would honor the website price. What a joke!
