Absolute worst when it comes to customer communication! I inquired about a 4Runner that they had listed at 10:00am. Chatted with someone online about my inquiry and was told they still had the vehicle an I inquired about a 4Runner that they had listed at 10:00am. Chatted with someone online about my inquiry and was told they still had the vehicle and that someone would reach out to me as soon as they were available. Well 7 hours later I told them they could disregard the inquire. I received an email replay stating that the car sold the previous night. 1) If your car is no longer available, why keep it listed and tell a potential client it is still available, and 2) Is it so hard to send a simple text, better yet a phone call to let a potential customer that it's gone? Is that really too much to ask for? Definitely avoiding this dealership! More
