I have consistently had terrible experiences at this dealership. This time they would not submit a damaged tire for warranty even though I purchased the extended warranty and road hazard coverage. They dealership. This time they would not submit a damaged tire for warranty even though I purchased the extended warranty and road hazard coverage. They would not submit a warranty claim for a drivers seat that was coming apart. I think part of the problem is they are just lazy because they never fail to disappoint. I am done with Covert and am now taking my business to Autonation down the street. Autonatio got my tire replaced under warranty. The damaged seat claim was denied, but at least they took time to submit pictures to see if GM would cover it. I will never shop at Covert again. More

Had a breakdown on I-35, which is never easy. They were patient, gave me lots of information to help, let me know when my car arrived there and it was fixed within 48 hours.
