Thomas redeemed some measure of faith in this service dep't. My previous visit was a nightmare. 1) the client service was a big zero, and 2) work that I had requested (oil change) wasn't even done. I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. In the process of getting checked in a gentleman approached me and told me that I had a chip in my window that was starting to turn into a crack and In the process of getting checked in a gentleman approached me and told me that I had a chip in my window that was starting to turn into a crack and recommended a window replacement. I declined. After I got my car back, I checked the window and found neither a crack nor a chip. This has the potential to make me distrust any future recommended service that I did not schedule myself. More

I would’ve rated it 5 stars had I been able to get my car washed. However I was told that it was out of service. When leaving I seen 2 different vehicles getting washed in the back.
