I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. In the process of getting checked in a gentleman approached me and told me that I had a chip in my window that was starting to turn into a crack and In the process of getting checked in a gentleman approached me and told me that I had a chip in my window that was starting to turn into a crack and recommended a window replacement. I declined. After I got my car back, I checked the window and found neither a crack nor a chip. This has the potential to make me distrust any future recommended service that I did not schedule myself. More
