Staff was excellent, friendly and courteous. The dealership was clean and welcoming. I didn’t feel pressured and left happy to be part of the Covert family. The only issue I had was initially being low-balled on my trade. Also, the advertised price of the Denali I purchased (I researched it online prior) turned out being $1500 dollars more when we got to the desk after dealer add on’s (Covert protection package I believe). Needless to say after negotiating I left happy with the price I paid. The finance manager experience with Art was also pleasant, went over a few add on options but was not pushy. Great conversation and extremely knowledgeable. Before leaving, a customer care representative came to meet with me personally to ensure my experience was top-notch. I would buy again from covert in the future. More
