Run away! Go anywhere but Covert. From the sales person who was not very competent and could not seem to get anything done, to the finance guy who just thought we would take any interest rate. All of the run around was exhausting and infuriating after over 5 hours to buy a car. This after being told all our paperwork was in order several days before we even showed up to purchase the car. I won’t even go into the headache of getting an equity check from them. Again- I don’t recommend Covert at all. Worst car buying experience of my life. More

I had a bad experience from this dealership. when I drop my car for barke pads and rotors replacement they told me we will put factory original GM products and give me a price. I was disappointed i make a phone call to talk to the manager and they said he is busy.I been told he will give me a call back and took my number but nobody call me back. More

My sister just got a car here, still under 90 days ago, and they refuse to help her . She just made her first payment and the transmission went out! They won't sell her a warranty even though in the contract it Cleary states she has 90 days to add it. So its been parked at the dealership for a month, not drivable! They won't put her in a different car and clearly have no remorse for ripping off a single mom who was just trying to find a reliable transportation to work. This experience has been the worst for her. Just thought the public should know this, before sumone else gets ripped off here. Whatever you do plz avoid Mario Juarez !!!(Completey Heartless!!!!
