I take commitment very serious. If you say something will get done, then it should. Norma is a great person but she cannot be responsible for what the techs do. I asked that the lug nuts be placed in a certain order because the two locks should be facing each other for balance. I asked only because the wheels were being rotated. Norma asked if I wanted my truck washed. I said yes. Simple stuff but not done. I have never had a trouble free service call since I bought the truck. If you want details, I would be more than happy to talk to someone. Over the last few years your dervice dept has had a large turnover. I will only talk to a responsible person that can make a n impact on your service department. Thank You Leo
