Called in the morning on December 31 asked to make an appointment and they said to come on in around 2PM. That would be the best time because they had a smaller crew due to the holiday schedule. The parts employee seemed he could care less if I was there to buy anything. He provided the wrong part for my Jetta. What upsets me the most, besides provided the wrong part for my car (A Windshield Wiper, no less) was the indifferent attitude of both the saleperson and the cashier. They charged me $17 plus, for one windshield wiper! You would think at those prices the customer should be treated like royalty! More
