Fast oil change I didn't have an appointment, but the express center was open for an oil change. Completed in under an hour, popcorn and coffee in the lounge! Not very good I took my Dodge Ram here, because the Electronic throttle control light and check engine light came on and the vehicle went into limp mode. Took the I took my Dodge Ram here, because the Electronic throttle control light and check engine light came on and the vehicle went into limp mode. Took them a day to troubleshoot the problem and order a throttle body for the vehicle. Had me take the vehicle home to wait for the part to come in and took two weeks to get the vehicle back in the shop to have the part installed. Took less than a day to install the part and pick up the vehicle. The troubleshooting, parts and labor were around $500 and I had to bring the truck back for the same problem before going 10 miles down the road. I was told that they have to find time to look at the truck again and it is still sitting with them for the exact same thing that I brought it in for to start with. More

My review I would have to say that I was most disappointed in my service experience at Cowboy Dodge. Richard in service couldn't tell me if I should keep driving it or tow it in? I was in a remote location with no guidance on what to do. I make a living with my vehicle and really don't appreciate being held in limbo about it. More

Oil change and warranty. Planned to have it in the shop one or maybe two days. Did not have parts on hand and one service tech missed work. Got vehicle back a week later.
