On 5/17/25 my wife and I stopped by Cox Chevrolet to look a 2 gas powered Chevy Blazers, The salesman Vince Austin, a very nice young man, informed us that the vehicles would not be available until 5/19/25 a a 2 gas powered Chevy Blazers, The salesman Vince Austin, a very nice young man, informed us that the vehicles would not be available until 5/19/25 and that they were demos currently being driven by the owners. No big deal, We can stop back on the 19th. My wife stopped by the dealer on her way home from work today the 19th, and was informed by Vince that the vehicles were not there and in order to see the vehicles we would have to put down a $500.00 deposit. She came home and to tell me this and I thought, No way this could be the case. I immediately called the dealer ship to talk to Vince and told him I never heard of such a thing. He told me he would talk to the manager and call me back in 5 minutes. Five minutes later my phone rang and it was Vince to explain to me in order to see the vehicles that we would have to come into the dealership, agree on a price, run the numbers, then put down a $500.00 refundable deposit to see the vehicles. Which for all I know they have cracked windshields or body damage. How am I suppose to know what price to agree on without ever seeing a vehicle. I have always bought Chevrolet, here are a few I have bought in the past, Corvette, Camaro, Silverado, Malibu, Cruze, just to name a few. None of these vehicles were ever bought at Cox Chevrolet. I would like someone to explain to me why Cox Chevrolet is so special that think they can charge $500.00 to just to look at a vehicle. I hope someone at GM reads this and reaches out me, PLEASE!!!! First I’ll say, we are two senior women. We started out interested in a low priced 2002 “as is” car that we had seen in an online search of Cox Chevrolet. When I called Cox about going in to We started out interested in a low priced 2002 “as is” car that we had seen in an online search of Cox Chevrolet. When I called Cox about going in to look at, and probably drive, the car we were looking at, I first spoke with Danielle. I told her we were coming in, and asked her if there were any female sales people. At first, she said no; but, after she checked, she said we would able to work with Brittany. We found out that Brittany did not normally work in the area where the car we wanted to look at was. However, she was a trooper, and immediately started helping us look at the car we had first chosen; and then she broadened our view of various other “as is” cars, since we were focused on not spending a lot of money. She was very pleasant and positive-minded as she told us about different cars on the lot. She found out we are going to leave for Michigan in a few days, and agreed that we were cutting it close in our goal to find a different car to drive home to Michigan. Our own car was having some mechanical problems. However, our short time frame did not phase her, and she began to focus on our safety in making the trip. After talking a while and looking at various cars, she kind of kept leading us to a 2017 Buick she thought would be a great car for us. All the while, she was friendly and very positive, while still listening to our concerns. In the end, we drove the 2017 Buick Verano Brittany had talked about a few times, and why it would probably be a good car for us. Needless to say, that is the car we chose to buy; and, right now, we’re very happy we did. It’s a nice looking car, and is more luxurious that any car we’ve had in a long time. I have to say that we’ve been impressed with the whole Cox team. Everyone we ran into was very friendly and seemed happy in their job; and each one seemed eager to help us in any way they could. Nice atmosphere to be around. So, first of all a special thank you to Danielle, who took seriously our request for a female sales person. She went above and beyond to try to make this a positive experience for us (and she did!). Thank you, Danielle. Right away that was a welcoming effort for us. And the person she got to help us, Brittany…she is so friendly, down-to-earth, and she knows her stuff. She was able to shift our attention to a car we did not plan to even look at, and we bought it! She easily answered all our questions, gave us food for thought, and was encouraging throughout our whole process. She, too, went out of her way, just for a couple of old ladies who wanted to work with another woman. It wasn’t her lot. It wasn’t something she had planned into her day, and she ended up staying at least an hour over her usual end time for the day. Though we felt bad for keeping her late, she never once let us feel guilty about it, always reassuring us that she wanted to help us get the best car for us. So, overall, I have to say that I would not hesitate to recommend the Cox Chevrolet team! They were all great representatives for Cox. Stop in sometime, you might find yourself buying a car you didn’t intend to buy, spending more than you intended to…and, yet, being quite happy with the car you ended up with. Thank you! More

Throughout the whole process of showing me the car, suggesting things that I hadn't thought of, and even showing me how to use the backup video features since I had very few experiences with backing a vehicle into a parking space. He was easily contacted when I had questions (and I had a lot) and very attentive even answering texts when he was not at the dealership since I was having issues getting a PPi mechanic and letting me know that he had arranged for another salesman to assist me on his day off. In the end I did not purchase the car, but that had nothing to do with Chris's guidance through the sale process. If there was a marking system I would give him an A+. More
