Cox Chevrolet is nothing but one big scam institution. Bought a used car, they told me the total amount that I would be financing was $16,133. I wanted to pay cash but they suggested 3 months with no in Bought a used car, they told me the total amount that I would be financing was $16,133. I wanted to pay cash but they suggested 3 months with no interest so they could get a kickback from the bank. After signing documents on an electronic table while the finance guy, Brandon, kept talking to me to avert my attention, I asked for a copy of the contract. He told me he was having a problem and could not print the contract but it would be sent to me. Two weeks later the credit union sent me a statement showing a balance of $21,000. They did add interest at 6.5%, so Cox lied to me from the getgo, and they told me that Cox also added some service charges. Cox is screwing me over big time. I will be reporting them to everyone on the planet. More
