Rental Car Service Needs to be more Customer Freindly When I returned a rented vehicle because my vehicle had to stay at the shop for 3 days, the lady who had to approve the vehicle on the return was unco When I returned a rented vehicle because my vehicle had to stay at the shop for 3 days, the lady who had to approve the vehicle on the return was uncooperative, ignored my questions and was generally rude to me. Not sure I will ever rent from them again. However, Matt French was as good as he always is and I highly recommend using him when you are in for service. He is always great to work with. More

Terrible wasn't happy at all I brought my 2017 Chevy Trax in cuz you rotated my tires when I had oil changed my last visit but when they rotated my tires it was shaking down the h I brought my 2017 Chevy Trax in cuz you rotated my tires when I had oil changed my last visit but when they rotated my tires it was shaking down the highway I brought it back and you want charge 83.00 to balance the tires. Telling me it's maintance I don't agree u should of told me when they decided to rotated them first. Very disappointed More
