There were no games played, we were shown what we were able to purchase, at our rate, and not once did Tony or anyone try to be put us into something they knew we just could not afford, but would of still been able to purchase. The atmosphere while waiting was like hanging with a bunch of friends. We walked out with a 2017 Chevrolet Cruze that we are in love with. This car is my baby. We were treated like we were buying the Camaro on the showroom floor. The car was clean, smelled.brand new. It rides like a dream. We were so happy with Tony our sales man, and trusted ever word he said that the next day we brought our son in who traded his Kia for 2017 Chevrolet Silverado Truck, the kid is full of smiles. Again my son pulled Tony over of course to all the ones he wanted, but Tony was persistent that he would put him into something beautiful, safe, and that he could afford, we left our son with Tony knowing he would treat him.like his own kid, and he did. It was a pleasure to meet John Rudd, and Mr. Cox's son who took the time to hang, and talk for a while to my family, It was not all business, the transition of everything ran as smooth as possible, and we thank you all. I had a 2015 Kia, I hated my car, only wanted a truck, but was upside down on the Kia, and thought I was stuck for three more years of payments on a car I hated, until I meet Tony, this guy is awesome, he treated me like his own son, he made sure I was taken care of in every way, and gets me into my baby the truck I always wanted 2017 Chevrolet Siverado, and the best part I'm no longer upside down, and can refinance in a year to lower my payment. Tony has no idea the struggles, and challenges he took off my shoulders for two years, almost another three. The man is phenomenal. Great Service if it wasn’t a car I just purchased! The service dept was great. The problem is I just bought the car from Cox a few weeks ago. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy a car. The sales guy Richard was very disrespectful and acted like we were bothering him when we first visited the location. The service dept however was fast and efficient. Again I shouldn’t have had to have the vehicle serviced this soon! More
