Feel Like a Family Member I purchased my new Corvette C7 Torch Red roadster on April 19, 2015 from the Cox family in Bradenton, Florida. From walking the showroom and admiring I purchased my new Corvette C7 Torch Red roadster on April 19, 2015 from the Cox family in Bradenton, Florida. From walking the showroom and admiring the car until the next morning at acquisition, the sales personnel at Cox exuded a calm honest manner with me. Helping me to experience the ultimate satisfaction of my purchase decision. I had informed the sales representative, Eduardo Palacios, the evening prior that one condition of sale was "the ability for me to enter and exit the car in an easy manner, and that I could actually enjoy driving the car." When Eduardo insisted that I allow him to have the car extracted from the sales floor and allow me to drive the car, I balked and told him that would not be necessary, I was ready to complete the transaction. Eduardo told me that unless I drove the car and found these conditions to be satisfactory, he would not complete the sale. Eduardo insisted that I drive, but I became the passenger for the drive to the fueling facility. After filling the tank, he left me no choice but to drive, since he advised that he would walk back to the dealer or something similar. The remainder is history. The reason for this rating of the dealer would not be complete without my accolades for Matthew French, my service advisor and the Cox Family Service Manager, Roberto Alonzo. I could utilize a service location twelve miles closer to my home; however, again these two individuals have maintained my family membership at Cox Chevrolet. I have endured a few highly unusual incidents with the beautiful motor vehicle and The Cox team has worked diligently to save me literally thousands of dollars on replacement items, parts failing for no apparent reason and the Chevrolet Division determining that the failed components were not a factory defect and not covered under the warranty. My service team ensured that I would not be liable for the replacement expense, challenging the builder of the car in my favor. Thank you Matt and Roberto and the Cox Family. More

Not knowing exactly what I wanted he made some suggestions based on what I had told him. Once I decided on something, he was very easy to work with and got me a great deal. Mike in financing was also great. Both of them went above and beyond making me feel comfortable. Everything was explained in detail. Finian showed me all of the features of the car and how to use each one. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience. More

waste of my time.. I emailed about a car and my trade in.i was contacted by pedro and after couple of emails I attempted to contact by phone on his cell which was never I emailed about a car and my trade in.i was contacted by pedro and after couple of emails I attempted to contact by phone on his cell which was never answered.after calling dealership was able to get him on phone.they had my vin number of my trade in and even sent pics of paint damage.he said car had trade in value of 11000-12500.he also knew I was coming from an hour away.i made an apt to meet with him this morning.the offer they came back was full sticker price and ONLY 8,000 for my trade.i found this whole experience as unprofessional as is their dealership.i will take my time ans sell my truck then look for a Malibu JUST NOT FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.ashame all car dealerships aren't honest and straight foward More

I will never take any of my vehicles anywhere but this service center and I recommend them to anyone who will listen. I would give 10 stars if I could! More
