This was after I called to inquire about a vehicle that they had listed on Auto Trader. They told me that the vehicle was available, I filled out a credit application, and they pulled my credit. Minutes later I receive a phone call stating that "I was approved, but the vehicle is no longer available, but they have another, older, higher mileage vehicle at around the same price." I began to wonder if the initial vehicle was ever even available, or if this is just their way of getting someone to come in or call. Seems like total bait and switch to me. When I brought this to the manager's attention (Mr Cox) he said that he "really didn't know what I was upset about, the credit inquiry would not affect my credit, & frankly he doesn't care about my situation." When I asked him to please write me a letter on his letter head stating that the inquiry was done in error & that it would not affect my credit, he replied " you're not going to get that" xxxx poor service, bait and switch, and carelessness is what I found this dealer to be all about. Stay Away!! More

He was very helpful with my wife and I, as we narrowed our choices from five to just one. Never was he pushy, nor did we feel any pressure to go one way or another. Chris was able to point out certain features not just of the car, but also of the warranty that will be of great benefit as we purchased a Chevy Sonic. Rob was able to finalize the deal without any extra delays. Overall it was an extremely pleasant experience and I am very impressed by both Chris and Rob! More

After 28 cars and haggling with untold dealers in the past I walked into Cox Chevrolet in Bradenton. I had done my research. I told Pete & Mike exactly what I wanted, (I had seen it on the lot) and the past I walked into Cox Chevrolet in Bradenton. I had done my research. I told Pete & Mike exactly what I wanted, (I had seen it on the lot) and the price I wanted to pay, again based on some research. These two guys were amazing, the car came up about $25 over what I wanted to pay (credit rating based) but Mike made it happen at my price. I had looked at a Toyota Rav4 limited and a few others, they didn't have what this deal had! leather, nav, premium stereo, backup cam etc, etc., and I paid less on an apples for apples basis than my previous non Chevy. As long as these guys are there this is where I'll be shopping for cars, why waste time going anywhere else. Thanks Guys. More

I was looking for a small car easy on gas, I knew exactly what I wanted to test drive when I got there, Angie was our sales person and she was great, very knowledgeable and was not pushy what so ever. She knew that I have just started my car search and I test drove the 2014 Cruze, love it, but I still wanted to go out to other dealers to drive the cars I had on my list. She said to me before I left, I will see you in a couple days. Well low and behold I test drove the other 4 cars I had on my list, and I just couldn't forget the Cruze, when I came back up for a second test drive Angie was not working, so Justin helped us, they let me take the car home for the night to see if this is what I really wanted. Justin was awesome! When we came back to close the deal again Angie had the evening off so Justin helped us again. He is a great sales person (as well as Angie). After a long night and well past closing time and all paper work has been completed. Justin came out with us and went over the car front to back and spent about a good half hour with us answering questions and explaining all the details of the inside. I would highly recommend my friends and family to this great dealership, More
