Horrible experience… these guys still owe me $850 per the “We Owe, You Owe” agreement and have treated me very poorly. Well finally got a call from manger after 15 messages didn't go well they still got car and not finshed they are rude never return messages until it escalates into to customer getting mad and I think did didn't go well they still got car and not finshed they are rude never return messages until it escalates into to customer getting mad and I think did a cute word like you people don't return xxxxing messages so now the are fishing. AR and don't think they would this month it was not a bad damage but my problem is not returning messages how many times do u have to leave a message before u det it returned I will never do business at crain ever again it is a terrible experience More
