Great experience!!! Jacob Clark was the salesman I first met and was very helpful with respect to showing the Tiguan to me. Everyone was very nice, respectful and courteous. Volkswagen has certainly upgraded their line of vehicles and I plan on driving one for a while as well as telling others of my great experience at Crain. More

Friendly staff didn't overcome poor quality workmanship. We have had multiple mechanical issues with our 2015 Jetta TDI. Touareg hybrid We agreed to a certain price but once the paperwork was drawn up they added $100. When I brought this to their attention I was told: “we will make that right and take care of you.” Almost a year later and I ’m still waiting. I was told by Josh that the car was a CPO. After the purchase, I found out it was not. I realize Josh was new and I suppose I should’ve checked with Derek but it is rather disappointing, as you can imagine. Furthermore, when I purchased the car Crain had a hybrid tech who informed me about the car—along with Wesley. A few months later when I returned for service I was informed that Crain no longer had a hybrid tech. Thus, when I had a hybrid issue I had to take the car to Springfield. It is embarrassing that I bought a VW from Crain (VW dealer) but cannot have the car repaired there. I will add that Wesley has been very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. Wesley checks in to see how the car is doing and shows that he cares. He also went out of his way to get me a loaner car as I was waiting, unexpectedly, for 6 hrs for basic service. More
