I only gave 2 stars, to begin because my car was waiting on the main service bay, the car was picked by a mechanic, but it took ~30-40 minutes before the car actually made the mechanic bay (dont know what h on the main service bay, the car was picked by a mechanic, but it took ~30-40 minutes before the car actually made the mechanic bay (dont know what happened behind the scene), also when I checked in with the service clerck, I was advised my pre-paid first 10k service included oil change, tire rotation and gasoline additive. I was watching the process and tires were not rotated or addictive added. When the car came back from the shop, the team mentioned they had performed all. I had also pre-marked my tires, so I confronted them with the reality. Car was taken back and tired were rotated, additive was not added. My disappointment is thatcI cannot trust this dealership anymore. Don't do what they say they'd do. More
