They were extremely helpful, I was traveling from Texas going to Branson MO. And had a problem with my Jetta and they put me right in to check it out…I had to get a rental car but it was ready when I came going to Branson MO. I took in a 2012 used VW Beetle purchased for my son after he left NYC during the pandemic. I was looking for a good, used car from an individual. VW notified me of a recall. Crain completed that recall after he left NYC during the pandemic. I was looking for a good, used car from an individual. VW notified me of a recall. Their services are very expensive and they almost charged me over $1000 on a repairs service when I had a warranty on my car (which they failed to check until I brought it up).
