Dealership said they do not have an appointment although I had received multiple text reminders of said appointment. They didn’t have the necessary parts so had to get them brought in. Then, once the service as complete, the system was down and I couldn’t pay. After nine hours there total, I had to leave my credit card information with them so that I could go home.
