So I went ahead and gave three stars which was generous. I gave that Because I took in an Audi and they were able to service it instead of going to Tulsa. There were no signs of forced entry, so it was most assuredly unlocked when crane staff went home. after it took two days to hear back about an engine light, They failed to tell me about the incident. I did hear about it from the Fayetteville Police Department that my items were in an abandoned vehicle in a nearby town. Crain told me they had checked my car to see if anything was missing. It sure seems like they knew about it but did not tell me in the first call. Of course they are not responsible for the items in my car but I did expect them to lock up the car. I was offered a 10% discount which would normally be a coupon in my email anyway. The staff were all nice of course but it seems like a more generous discount could’ve been done since I lost some prescription sunglasses , biking paraphernalia,etc. More
