We have been searching for an oil leak in my car for almost 2 months now. About a month ago they found the leak and told me that I needed a valve cover replaced, which we ordered (for over $600). Crain was supposed to call me to set an appointment after the part came in, which was the following Tuesday. A week after the Tuesday the part was due in we called and they said the part was in and scheduled an appointment for the following Tuesday. When I showed up to that appointment I was told it would be at least 3 days before they could work on it because the technician that has the expertise to work on my car had been assigned to finish a different car and wouldn’t be free until then. When I asked for a loaner car I was told that was not an option…so once again I took my car back (which is almost 30 minutes from my house each time I make this trip!!) and I was told they would call me as soon as possible to get me in. That was a week ago and I have again heard nothing. I’m hoping this review will maybe help get some progress on my car. I feel like I have been more than patient in this process, but this is becoming ridiculous. More
