I agree 2 1/2 hours is too long for an oil change, I apologize. We must do a better job of communicating to our customers if we are running behind or if it is going to be longer than usual to service your vehicle. Again I apologize. Mr. Irby, I apologize if there was a misunderstanding regarding your service. It is my understanding that you approved the tire rotation and battery service before the services were completed. We do not do any service without prior approval. The wiper was checked and streaked the windshield. Because wipers are a safety issue, we always recommend changing the wiper blade if they are streaking the windshield. Any recommended service is just that, a recommendation. You can either have us do the service, you can decline the service or you can take your vehicle elsewhere for the service. In regards to your front suspension you were informed that because your vehicle is an Audi that we did not have the special tools to complete the suspension service so we declined to do the service.
