Staff is very friendly. Only complaint is that I wasn’t kept updated on the status of my vehicle. I had to call for info each time, I was never called. It would also be nice if the loaner vehicles were big kept updated on the status of my vehicle. I had to call for info each time, I was never called. It would also be nice if the loaner vehicles were bigger. I have an Atlas, and was given a 2 door Golf to drive for 4 days. I appreciate the loaner but would be nice if it was bigger. My Tiguan was on your shop for over a month to get the A/C fixed. This was under warranty. Communication was poor. Kept getting inaccurate and confusing reasons for continuing delays. Reasons kept cha A/C fixed. This was under warranty. Communication was poor. Kept getting inaccurate and confusing reasons for continuing delays. Reasons kept changing. When we picked up the car it went into some sort of emergency mode, so we had to bring the vehicle straight back as you did not put everything back correctly and there was a loose clamp or something. The low oil light is on now too so that is something else you failed to notice or look at. Did you do something to bring my oil level down? Not sure but car still has problems after being with you for the last month and it is under warranty still so why didn’t Mack mention this and just fix. In my 35 years of car ownership and service I think this was the worst automobile service experience and outcome that I’ve ever had! More
