I would give this a negative if that was possible. I have a 1966 vw Meyers Manx. It ran before I took it in to get checked out, I told them some of the issues. 2 weeks later and 415.00 I pushed my dune bugg a 1966 vw Meyers Manx. It ran before I took it in to get checked out, I told them some of the issues. 2 weeks later and 415.00 I pushed my dune buggy out of the shop they said it ran good. It did not even run. I am filing a report with the better business bureau and a claim with the States Attorney General's Office. They will be hearing from them through the claim. They have repeatedly refused to call me back when I asked for them to be fair about this. I have video footage of the dune buggy running the day before they messed it up and video footage of it not running and some of the issues I have already found. The distributor was loose and not tightened down, the points where not set right and it is still way out of tune. I have proof to file against them. If you have had a similar experience I would encourage you to file with the BBB and you can file a claim with the State Attorney General's Office. Don't let them get away with taking advantage of you. More

I like coming to this dealership athough it is further for me now than Springfield, MO. It is so clean and pleasant to wait in, and the people are very friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, I was SO disappoint for me now than Springfield, MO. It is so clean and pleasant to wait in, and the people are very friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, I was SO disappointed this time that my car wasn't washed and vaccumed like it has been the past seven years I have brought it. :-( This service has always been included in the oil change, etc. More

Salesperson was personable, but finance guy was unethical in presenting a new contract lowering interest rate but not disclosing they changed original negotiated price as his hand was covering all but lower in presenting a new contract lowering interest rate but not disclosing they changed original negotiated price as his hand was covering all but lower rate. This gross "error" did result in a little more out of pocket expense to us, but I'm more concerned about dealer ethics now. More
We used Crain VW for a major and costly engine service. On the positive side the car was operational, no issues and ran as it should. However when we picked it up it was filthy from sitting in the lot, greasy handprints on the hood, fenders and then was told they had to jump start since it hadn’t run much. We drove home over 30min just to find out it wouldn’t restart when we got home. Called service as the vehicle was stuck in our driveway blocking our other car in. They tell us it’s probably the battery as they needed to jump it to start every time and they can look at it in a couple days. I proceeded to jump start and then get a new battery installed. It’s frustrating that after spending $8k+ on service they sent us out with a vehicle that would leave us stranded, didn’t clean it and then damage to an exterior mirror. More
