They had very little contact while they had the car for 9 days. It cost nearly $3200. The cover wasn't even put back on the engine, it was in the passenger side floor board. I was really happy that I was able to schedule an appointment online and when I arrived at the dealership for service, they got me in right away. Staff was super friendly. I had done research on what appointment online and when I arrived at the dealership for service, they got me in right away. Staff was super friendly. I had done research on what my vehicle needed prior to going and I felt like the repairs were priced fairly for an Audi Diesel engine and they were transparent on their pricing. Military discount was a great bonus too! Saved me almost $100 on a $1000 bill. More

I found the vehicle I wanted at Crain. I live 158 miles away. Worked out a trade-in and financing over the phone. Everything was ready when I arrived.
