I do apologize for your wait. We are working short staffed because of illness. Our service advisor should have communicated to you that we were behind and it would take longer than usual to complete your service. As I told you on the phone, the advertised price for an oil change is for a vehicle with 5 quarts of oil. Your Atlas takes 6 quarts so that is the reason for the price difference. Our service advisors usually communicate the price difference to our customers. If that did not happen in your case again I apologize. We thank you for and appreciate your business.
