It was quick, and the job got done, and everybody was very friendly. The waiting room was a bit sterile, but that's what you want in a pandemic, right? Poor communication. Appointment was made and vehicle dropped of on a Wednesday at 8am, but was not touched until the next day. Minimal follow up and even after explaining the car must be ready in order dropped of on a Wednesday at 8am, but was not touched until the next day. Minimal follow up and even after explaining the car must be ready in order to go out of town, it was not finished until late Friday afternoon. Also promised a cleaning, but that was never done! I’m struggling to understand the reason for making appointments if work is not scheduled in a timely manner. More
