I had my daughter's Audi Q3 serviced Friday afternoon, September 18th. I got there a little early for my appointment, but they went right to work. We painstakingly tried to get my $1500 bill down to 1/2- cash out was $1k -failure! 1/2 the work now at 113kmiles and the other 1/2 at 120kmiles. I pay cash or debit on my things, I had to charge to a crcard as this was more than expected. - failure in communication cost me more this week than planned. Dealing w it but not happy. At checkout he said we vacuumed the car but didn’t have time to wash it, I smiled and said for $1k I want a clean car too! Thanks! So I waited for my car wash. I also needed a loaner car that day - you only have 3 available with so many service appointments?? I didn’t get one as they were already checked out. Luckily, I figured out an alternative plan at the last minute. My vehicle is running good. Thanks for the professional service on my EOS. Please let me know when VW decides to bring back the EOS! I’m ready to buy upgraded EOS! It’s been my fav vehicle ever! More
